Shipping Policy

Orders are processed as quickly as possible after payment is confirmed. Most orders are delivered within 5-8 business days, but in some cases shipping may take 7-10 business days depending on your location, carrier delays, holidays, or high order volume.

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information if available. Please allow a little time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Doorluxy is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect shipping addresses, weather, customs, or other issues outside of our control. Please make sure your shipping information is correct before placing your order.
